Downstairs comprises a fully equipped kitchen over-looking the dining area which leads into a spacious living room with a TV.

Upstairs are 3 comfortable bedrooms. The main with 1 x Queen Bed and Ensuite, bedroom two with 1 x Queen Bed and bedroom three has 2 x Single Beds. A separate bathroom accommodates the other guests.

A small sunny rear courtyard holds an outdoor setting for 6, which is lovely for those warmer Summer evenings when you may like try some al fresco dining.

There is access via a private rear laneway to the nearby parks, pier and beach and off-street parking by way of single lock up garage.
